This policy explains what personal data we collect through laserprint.co.rs, why we use it, who we share it with, and what rights you have under the Serbian Law on Personal Data Protection.
Who processes your data
The data controller is Preduzeće za promet i usluge Laser Print d.o.o. Beograd (Novi Beograd), Dr Agostina Neta 16a (blok 70a), Novi Beograd, Serbia, company registration number 17079905, tax ID (PIB) 101710720. What data we collect
- Website inquiries: your name and email address (required), company name, phone and note (optional), and the products and quantities you selected.
- Direct contact: whatever you send us by email or tell us by phone.
- Website usage data, only if you accept cookies: pages visited, products viewed, searches, clicks on contact details, device and browser type, and approximate location. This data is collected by Google Analytics.
- If you have accepted cookies, when you send an inquiry your email address and phone number are sent to Google in hashed (one-way encrypted) form, to measure advertising performance.
Why we use it and on what basis
- Answering your inquiry and preparing a quote - needed to take steps at your request before entering into a contract.
- Business communication and inquiry records - our legitimate interest in keeping track of customer relationships.
- Analytics and ad measurement - only with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
We do not sell your data or use it for automated decision-making.
Who we share data with
- Google (Google Ireland Ltd. and Google LLC) - Google Analytics and Google Ads, only with your consent.
- Resend (Resend, Inc.) - sending inquiry emails and confirmations.
- DigitalOcean (DigitalOcean, LLC) - hosting for the website and the inquiry database.
These providers may process data outside Serbia, including in the United States. Such transfers rely on appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep data
- Inquiries and correspondence - up to three years after our last contact, or longer where the law requires it (e.g. when an inquiry becomes an order).
- Google Analytics data - 14 months.
- Your cookie choice - 12 months, after which we ask again.
Cookies and local storage
Essential entries, used without consent because the site doesn't work properly without them:
laser_consent_v1- remembers your cookie choice (12 months).publik.cart.v1- the contents of your inquiry basket, until you clear it.laser_ga_list- a temporary analytics entry, removed when you close the tab.
Only with your consent: _ga and _ga_* (Google Analytics, up to 2 years) and _gcl_* (Google Ads, up to 90 days).
You can change your choice at any time with the link in the site footer.
Your rights
You have the right to request access to your data, its correction or deletion, restriction of processing and data portability, and to object to processing. You can withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing before the withdrawal. Send requests to laserprint@laserprint.co.rs - we reply within 30 days.
If you believe your rights have been violated, you can lodge a complaint with the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection, Bulevar kralja Aleksandra 15, Belgrade (www.poverenik.rs).
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always published on this page, with the date of the last change.
