Embroidery or print on textiles?
Embroidery is the best choice when the logo should look high-quality and last: on polo shirts, jackets, hoodies, caps and workwear that gets washed often. Because it's made of thread, a logo with gradients and shadows has to be simplified to solid colours, and very small text is hard to stitch. For larger full-colour designs on polyester shirts, sublimation printing is the better fit.
How a logo becomes embroidery
First the logo is turned into a program for the embroidery machine: the order and direction of the stitches and the thread colours are set. That's why it's best to send the original logo file from your designer (PDF, AI, EPS or SVG) and list your brand colours. We use quality thread that resists wear, hot washes and sunlight.
